About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
