Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making product recommendations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
  • Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
  • Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
  • Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
  • Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
  • Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
Compensation:

$15.50 per hour, plus opportunities for bonuses and growth.
