Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure air conditioning and heating systems in residential settings
  • Select and procure materials for fabrication and installation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Apply duct insulation and connect piping to ensure optimal system performance
  • Read and interpret duct and ventilation plans to ensure accurate installation
  • Utilize specialized tools, such as ductulators, to determine duct size and optimize system efficiency
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to company safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to report job-related issues and progress
  • Meet productivity and quality standards to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Background check and drug screen required
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
