Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a per diem physical therapist to join our team in Foxboro, Massachusetts. As a per diem physical therapist, you will provide patient care in cardiac rehabilitation, working with patients to maximize cardiovascular function and improve overall health.

Responsibilities
  • Examine and evaluate patient's physical therapy needs, formulating a physical therapy diagnosis and developing a treatment plan.
  • Consult with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordination and effectiveness of therapies provided.
  • Participate in implementation of quality assurance program for clinical service, especially in area of subspecialty expertise.
  • Assist in proper care and distribution of department supplies and equipment, making recommendations for adequate inventory and appropriate new equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Must possess a current unrestricted license to practice physical therapy from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and a performance record that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Must be ACLS certified.
  • Professional certification by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) preferred.
  • Current cardiac rehabilitation experience preferred.
  • Current experience with Epic electronic medical record and LSI cardiac rehabilitation monitoring system preferred.
