About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care to individuals requiring intensive medical attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient status and prioritize care needs
  • Implement clinical nursing interventions to enhance patient outcomes
  • Develop and perform patient care plans to improve patient safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Administer medications safely and effectively
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year of RN experience, with 6 months of experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit
