At NBCUniversal, we create world-class content and experiences that captivate audiences around the globe. As a Technical Project Manager for our theme park entertainment division, you will play a critical role in managing technical design and show production support for various projects.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our marquee events, live shows, atmosphere offerings, and special projects. In this position, you will provide direct management of project initiatives, including architecture and engineering, equipment/systems, construction, scenic, electrical, A/V, and various other technologies. You will also work as the direct contact with compliance agencies, coordinate plan reviews/submittals, permitting, inspections, and documentation, and ensure final products meet established artistic, production, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise for development and execution of project initiatives
- Coordinate design documentation from contractors/vendors
- Monitor qualified vendors and lead production reviews on-site and at vendor locations
- Develop detailed technical schedules and identify necessary resources
- Support the transition to operational support after project completion

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in special events, theatrical, or entertainment production
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong in-field installation experience in entertainment/theme park environments
- Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office, and stage/entertainment practices, equipment, and technologies
- Valid CA driver's license
