We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to join our team at Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. in Clark, NJ. This is a unique opportunity to lead a residential treatment center focused on helping individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring behavioral disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to our team of licensed counselors
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs, including CBT and DBT
- Collaborate with our medical director to ensure comprehensive care for our patients
- Facilitate multi-disciplinary staff meetings and provide training and professional development opportunities
- Perform assessments and other clinical services as needed
Requirements:
- Licensed Counselor for the state of New Jersey, LCSW or LPC, and ACS or CCS required
- Previous experience with evidence-based treatments and CBT/DBT preferred
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 (negotiable)
