About the Role

Cabot Citrus Farms is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deep clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, including kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture
  • Change bedding and make beds to the highest standards
  • Replenish supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Dust and clean unit appliances, fans, and equipment
  • Move and arrange furniture to ensure all trash has been removed
  • Work with the supervisory team to ensure the unit is completed to the highest standards
  • Submit work order requests to maintenance as necessary and follow up to ensure completion
  • Ensure all special projects and general cleaning status is reported to Dispatch with all pertinent information
  • Interface with Dispatch regarding clean status of all guest units
  • Clean interior stairways, entry ways, and doors
  • Observe safety concerns and report damage
  • Follow direction of Inspector and Supervisory team
  • Provide standard unit cleaning as a GRA when necessary
  • Assist in the Laundry when necessary
  • Complete various additional special project tasks and assignments as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years previous housekeeping experience in a fast-paced resort operation
  • Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language
  • Previous residential or condominium cleaning preferred
  • Previous Housekeeping experience preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk on a consistent basis in an office environment
  • Must be able to stoop, climb, squat, twist, and lift light loads on a limited basis
  • Exposed to extreme climates such as heat, rain, wind, and lighting on a limited basis
