Position Overview: We are in search of a Junior CNC Machine Technician to manage the operation of a CNC Bridge Mill and Manual Planer Mill.
- Responsible for setting up and removing workpieces from machinery according to established procedures.
- Skillfully utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges to verify adherence to specified tolerances.
- Capable of conducting in-process inspections at the machine and adjusting various offsets to ensure workpieces meet required specifications.
- Position and secure workpieces on machines using measuring instruments, holding devices, hand tools, and cranes.
- Analyze blueprints, layouts, sketches, and work orders to ascertain tolerances and work procedures.
- Ability to identify various tooling types, including facemills, drills, taps, etc.
