Mathnasium Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Mathnasium Instructor. As a Mathnasium Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality math instruction to students of all ages, using the Mathnasium Method.

• Deliver math instruction to students in a fun and engaging manner
• Assist in evaluating and tracking student progress
• Maintain effective communication with the Center Director and fellow team members
• Contribute to a positive and productive learning environment

• Basic knowledge of arithmetic and algebra concepts
• Excellent work ethic
• A willingness to learn
• Must be within one year of receiving your High School Diploma

• Experience working with children as a Teacher, Tutor, or Mathematics Instructor
• Pursuing a degree in education, math, or science
• Ability to teach up to Algebra 1 or Geometry
• Excellent child management skills and ability to tutor in a small group setting
• Ability to create a sense of comfort in parents and children
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff, parents, and students
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent leadership skills
