We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Kudelski SA. As a key member of our Managed Detection and Response department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional onboarding and integration services to our clients.

Your primary objective will be to deliver top-notch onboarding experiences to our customers, ensuring seamless integration of our security solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored strategies to meet their security requirements.

• Design and implement technical security strategies for clients
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our security products and services
• Support complex contract negotiations with customers
• Manage delivery to new and existing customers, ensuring smooth handovers to Business Practice owners

• Strong technical background in cybersecurity, with experience in EDR/NGAV, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning, and Managed Attacker Deception
• Proven track record in consulting and client-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple interfaces
• Engineering degree in technology or computer science, or equivalent
