Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of production team members to achieve manufacturing goals and objectives.
  • Manage production processes, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and standards, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Manage labor and OPEX budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Participate in project work and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing management principles, including lean manufacturing and quality control.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
