Our operations consist of two teams: one focused on routine lawn care and general landscape upkeep, and the other engaged in larger-scale landscaping projects. Each employee will receive one pair of work gloves and safety glasses at the beginning of the season, with reasonable replacements provided as needed. Careless handling of equipment may result in deductions from pay or termination. We understand that accidents can happen, and as long as equipment is treated with care, we can avoid issues.
Payroll is processed via direct deposit on a bi-weekly basis. Time tracking is managed through our designated app, with regular reviews during payroll cycles to ensure accuracy. Honesty is paramount in our operations, and discussions about individual pay are kept confidential. Compensation is based on the criteria outlined above, and we value initiative and hard work. Throughout the season, the owner will conduct performance check-ins to discuss progress and address any questions. Employees are encouraged to seek clarification on any immediate concerns.
