We're seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at A+ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. As a full-time Residential and Commercial HVAC Tech, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and ensuring comfort in homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own truck and perform routine maintenance
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve company goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC
• HVAC certification or relevant trade school education
• A valid, clean state driver's license
• Ability to regularly lift and move more than 50 pounds

• Competitive hourly rate of $30 - $35 per hour
• $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment
