We have an established in-house therapy department that provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology services for our residents. Job Summary

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist OTR/L to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide therapy services for both long-term and short-term residents at our 324-bed skilled nursing facility. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessments, goal development, and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
  • Recognize, address, and report any grievances in a professional and patient manner
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Pennsylvania license. Current membership in professional organizations is preferred.
