Job Title: Office Supervisor

Compass Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our integrated care team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient staffing in our Reception areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staffing: Oversee the day-to-day operations and tasks of Customer Relations Specialists, ensuring adequate staffing patterns to meet patient needs.
  • Patient Flow and Scheduling: Verify accuracy of payment posting and batches, complete bank deposits, and provide batch reports and deposit reports to Administration.
  • Problem Resolution and Communication: Serve as the initial contact for resolving patient complaints and other matters, ensuring timely and effective communication with patients and staff.
  • Staff Management and Development: Supervise and develop Customer Relations Specialists, conduct performance evaluations, and provide back-up support as needed.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reports on office efficiency and patient flow to the Regional Office Manager, ensuring compliance with Compass Health Network's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School/GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a front office staff member in a medical or behavioral health office setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with a multi-line phone system, and professional phone skills preferred.
