Journeyman Electrician Lead

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to lead our residential electrical installation team at Strada Electric & Security. As a Journeyman Electrician Lead, you will be responsible for physically inspecting residential houses to ensure all lighting, devices, and equipment are wired, installed, and working correctly according to local and NEC codes standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day installation activities across multiple crews.
• Lead, monitor, motivate, and oversee your team to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Journeyman's card in good standing.
• 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume residential electrical new construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
