Job Title: Resident Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Caregiver to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Susquehanna. As a Resident Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, food service, and housekeeping.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and socialization.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in dementia care.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with elderly; previous dementia experience preferred.
  • Certification required according to state regulations; must successfully complete the required Springhouse's/Arden Courts' training.
