Ultrasound Technologist Job Description

At AdventHealth, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of diagnostic imaging. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you'll play a vital role in our team, utilizing your expertise to perform high-quality ultrasound procedures and provide exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures to detect pathology and provide accurate results.
  • Maintain accurate records of examinations performed and patient clinical information.
  • Participate in standby call and provide basic patient care within scope of practice.
  • Assist in the radiology department as needed and adhere to AdventHealth's compliance plan.

Requirements:

  • ARDMS or ARRT certification.
  • BLS certification.
