**Job Title:** Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. As a member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to individuals with complex physical, medical, and intellectual challenges.

Estimated Salary: $17.50 per hour, minimum 24 hours worked, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Location: Moon, PA 15108

Shifts Available:

  • Full Time - 40 hours
  • 3pm - 11pm, Tuesday - Saturday
Job Description:

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and ongoing support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include introducing and encouraging skill development through active treatment activities, implementing individualized programs, recording daily progress notes, and participating in planning social, home, and recreational activities.

You will also be responsible for assisting with meals, performing cleaning and laundry duties, transporting clients to appointments and activities, bathing, dressing, and assisting with personal hygiene, as well as housekeeping duties as needed.

We offer two weeks of paid training to educate new hires on daily living skills, social engagement, personal hygiene skills, and each individual's support plan/personal development goals.
