We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Momentum, a leading nonprofit provider of direct support for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Southern California. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential group homes, ensuring quality care and support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • ">
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring that all federal, state, and local regulations are met, including Title 17, Title 22, and ICF/MR federal regulations.">
  • Staff Supervision: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential group homes, ensuring quality care and proper staff ratios are maintained.">
  • Care Planning: Participating in the Human Rights Committee to ensure that the rights of individuals supported are understood and upheld by all staff.">
  • Budget Management: Maintaining a fiscally sound budget, preparing budgetary reports, and submitting invoices to the corporate office.">
  • Communication: Developing and maintaining working relationships with Regional Centers and local/state agencies.">
  • Affirmative Action: Screening individuals for admission based on input from referring Regional Center.">

You Will Be Working With A Variety Of People Including:

Individuals Supported: You will work directly with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, providing them with the support and care they need to live fulfilling lives.

Staff: You will supervise and manage a team of staff members, ensuring they have the training and resources they need to provide high-quality care and support.

">

Regional Centers: You will develop and maintain working relationships with Regional Centers and local/state agencies, ensuring that our programs and services align with their goals and objectives.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure that our programs and services meet regulatory requirements.">
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that our programs and services are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.">

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, life assistance program, flexible spending account, paid holidays, paid vacation/sick/bereavement leave, credit union benefits and discounts, retirement plan (403B), and direct deposit.
