What You'll Do:
• Complete required training to provide therapy, tailored to state-specific regulations
• Deliver personalized 1:1 ABA treatment to enhance clients' skills and decrease problem behaviors
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and team members to ensure top-notch service delivery
• Support parent and caregiver training, fostering a strong sense of community
• Collect data and maintain accurate records to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
• Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and others to share treatment plans and promote continuous improvement
• Provide services in various settings, including homes, schools, or other agreed locations, occasionally requiring driving between clients
