PainPoint Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist with a strong background in pain management. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience and demonstrate the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment. A certification in medical assisting is preferred, along with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer injections and prepare solutions for patient procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments and surgical tools.
- Facilitate communication of patient information among healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to physicians' orders, protocols, and directives with precision.
- Collect patient data including height, weight, and medical history.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and managing phone inquiries.
- Handle pre-authorizations and organize patient charts.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Coordinate physician schedules and appointments effectively.
To prioritize the health and safety of our staff and patients, we have implemented the use of masks, face shields, and sanitizers throughout our facilities.
