About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our Senior Living team in Deephaven, MN. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and odor-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Your tasks will include cleaning public areas, performing thorough cleaning of assigned spaces, sanitizing bathrooms, and safely handling housekeeping equipment.

  • Performs thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including vacuums carpets, sweeps and mops hard floor surfaces, dusts and/or damp wipes surfaces, sanitizes bathrooms, cleans all glass windows/mirrors
  • Assists in cleaning emergency spills as needed
  • Assumes other responsibilities as assigned
  • Safely performs housekeeping tasks, such as the proper way to bend, push, pull, and lift
  • Maintains housekeeping cart and storage area

Qualifications:

  • No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork, and positive demeanor required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and staff
