We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will serve as an on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting. This role involves conducting multidisciplinary assessments, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with other clinical specialties to develop communication interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans for each client.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to the team and families.
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Licensure to practice speech pathology.
  • Prior experience with AAC or a strong interest in learning from our clinical teams.
  • An ability to connect and engage with young children.
