  • Review, update, and evaluate Navy Training Management corporate database systems such as CeTARS and FLTMPS.
  • Analyze data and detect trends, summarize findings, draw conclusions, and create presentations.
  • Support the annual review of training requirements in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 years' experience reviewing, updating, and evaluating Navy Training Management corporate database systems.
  • Navy Instructor, Curriculum Maintenance, and/or similar experience required.
  • Experience in supporting the Program Objective Memorandum process.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Expert CeTARS knowledge and experience highly preferred.

Security Requirements:

Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain that clearance.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel required.

Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID, if required for travel or access to secure federal facilities/military bases.

Physical Requirements:

Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.

Communicating with others to exchange information and repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Subject to outside environmental conditions (extreme cold/heat), subject to noise, vibration, hazards, atmospheric conditions (affecting the respiratory system), frequently working in close quarters and/or functioning in narrow aisles or passageways (areas that could cause claustrophobia).
