Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Assistant to join our team at Texas Health Care PLLC. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage surgical scheduling and assist with various procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms.
  • Handle refills and pre-certifications efficiently.
  • Perform EMR charting and other clinical tasks as required.

The successful applicant should be located within a reasonable distance to facilitate daily commuting.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a diploma or certification in Medical Assistance, or provide a graduate transcript demonstrating at least one year of recent experience in a surgical setting. Additional qualifications such as NCT or LMRT certification are advantageous. Familiarity with NextGen EHR/EMR systems is also preferred.

Work Schedule:

The position requires availability from Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM.
