Job Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the neonatal unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Perform procedures such as PICC/UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, and intubations
- Participate in rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans
- Active PA license in the state of Pennsylvania
- BCLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- NRP certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
