Warehouse Hostler

We're looking for a Warehouse Hostler - Customer Service Expert to join our team at WinCo Foods. As a key member of our logistics team, you'll ensure the safe and efficient movement of trailers from the yard or Truck Return Center into the correct dock door or staging location. You'll also be responsible for promoting a positive work environment through cooperative and professional interactions with coworkers, customers, vendors, and the public.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers by telephone, radio, and in person.
• Safely manage the yard, including deadrow for trailers needing service and designated areas for carriers on the drop trailer program.
• Monitor reefer settings for loads staged in the yard or at the dock and trailers used for recall items.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate ability to follow direction, rules, and policy as provided by management.
• Ability to operate safely and follow safety procedures to prevent pulling a trailer on a red light.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
