• This is a Full-Time Night shift role, operating from 7pm to 7am, with rotating weekends.

As an Orthopedic Surgical Nurse, your mission will be to deliver empathetic care to adult and elderly orthopedic patients, adhering to the guidelines established by the American Nursing Association.

• Assess patient health needs through thorough analysis of health data.
• Deliver personalized, goal-oriented nursing care.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations.
• Formulate and execute educational plans for patients.
• Monitor and assess patient reactions to therapeutic measures.
• Act as a patient advocate to uphold safety standards.
• Support the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is mandatory; a BSN must be obtained within 24 months of being hired into an RN role.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Texas is required; a compact license is acceptable.
• BLS certification, Basic Life Support, is essential.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital within the last 3 years is necessary.
• Experience in Orthopedic nursing is highly preferred.
