Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at ClubCorp. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our Members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and timely service to Members and guests, adhering to ClubCorp standards.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily features and specials.
  • Execute Member/Guest orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure daily assignments and side work are complete in respective areas.
  • Assist fellow Employees, Members, and guests to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
  • Notify management of Member/Guest complaints and practice good service recovery.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by State and City.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
