Practice Opportunity Details:

  • $ base salary + bonus based on RVU production
  • $75, sign-on bonus
  • $60, total retention bonus (paid $20, at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
  • Quality bonus adds $50, potential (eligible upon earning base salary)
  • 33 days of time off
  • 5 days + $6, CME annually
  • 1:4 call
