We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring professional nursing services.
* Prepare accurate and timely documentation according to Nuclear Care Partners policy.
* Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care.
Qualifications:
* Current state licensure as a LPN in the state of TN is required.
* Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
* Registered Nurse with home health experience is preferred but not required.
* Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured, in accordance with state and/or organization requirements, and in good working order.
