Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Machinist to join our team at AtWork Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of dies to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain production and stamping dies to ensure optimal performance
  • Work with large progressive, transfer, and deep draw dies, and have the ability to Tig weld
  • Rework damaged components in a timely manner and maintain a clean and safe workplace
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to prioritize die repairs and troubleshoot problems to determine solutions
  • Follow standard work and training procedures for all work activities and adhere to all Safety and Quality policies and procedures
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50lbs occasionally and walk, stand, crouch, and bend constantly throughout the assigned shift
  • Effective communication with all levels and departments on the production floor is essential

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED, required
  • Completion of a four-year Tool and Die Apprenticeship Program, required
  • Knowledge and ability to work with high-strength steel and automotive stamping experience a plus

Working Conditions:

8-hour shift, evening shift, Monday to Friday, night shift

Salary: $33.00 per hour
