Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laundry Specialist to join our team at Aramark. As a Laundry Specialist, you will be responsible for operating laundry equipment, sorting and processing soiled linen, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate automatic cart washer, flatwork ironer, and small piece folders to process soiled linen.
  • Sort and classify soiled linen into designated categories.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including folding and storing linen to meet quality standards.
  • Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading linen and materials.
  • Monitor and report on par levels of supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a high-production laundry environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work as a team member and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
