Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our After School Program team as a After School Program Staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate hands-on activities following our Healthy Kids Curriculum, covering fitness, STEAM, academic adventures, artsy creations, and more.
  • Create a positive and supportive environment where children can grow and develop.
  • Stay connected with parents and family members via the Playground App.
  • Ensure compliance with state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school rules.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience working with children under 13 (not required but preferred).
  • Background check, including fingerprinting, references, and medical clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50 lbs.
