Pediatric Nurse Opportunity at Mass General Brigham

We are seeking a part-time Pediatric Nurse to support our Pediatrics practice located at 1 Park Way in Haverhill, MA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, phone triage, office visits, patient education, care coordination, and medication administration. The role will also involve virtual support for back office clinical operations, focusing on phone triage and in-basket management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care to pediatric patients and their families
  • Conduct phone triage and office visits to assess patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Provide patient education and support to promote healthy outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
  • Current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Community-based ambulatory nursing experience, preferably in a family medicine or primary care setting
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred
  • Epic experience preferred
