Job Summary:
The European Wax Center is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Wax Specialist to join our team. As a Wax Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality waxing services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized waxing services to clients, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.
- Educate clients on the benefits of waxing and our exclusive product portfolio, Strut 365.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized wax suite, adhering to company standards.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
- Participate in community events and street team marketing to promote the European Wax Center brand.
- Attend weekly Strut Sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Current Skin Care Specialist, Cosmetology, or Manicurist License as required by New Jersey state.
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends.
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Professional appearance at all times.
- Strong desire to work with others and engage new associates with energy and enthusiasm for EWC.
- Full understanding of the EWC values, vision, and strategy.
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal interactions.
