Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our Flonase Brand team. As a critical member of the team, you'll be responsible for delivering annual brand plans, driving penetration, growing share, and strengthening brand equity. You'll develop strategy, tactics, and lead execution for lower funnel brand communications, grounded in deep consumer understanding, insights, and data analytics, and brought to life with great creative and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual brand plans to drive growth and penetration
  • Lead lower funnel brand communications, including consumer promotion, social media, digital content, Influencer initiatives, and shopper programs
  • Monitor brand performance and deliver key insights and recommendations to drive consumption and grow share
  • Own annual brand budgeting and in-year budget management
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners, sales teams, and agency partners to drive key brand objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years CPG industry experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA
  • Consumer package goods (CPG) experience
  • Demonstration of consumer obsession
  • Prior experience in revenue growth management, go-to-market planning and analysis, category or shopper marketing, CPG sales, advertising/media planning, creative development, profit and loss analysis and performance against plan, product management, project management, brand portfolio management, and innovation

The salary range for this role is $101,401 USD + 12% bonus.
