Housekeeping Specialist

The Housekeeping Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment at our residential community. This role involves daily cleaning of public facilities, common areas, and grounds, as well as preparing vacant units for move-in.

• Daily cleaning of public facilities, common areas, and grounds
• Cleaning and preparing vacant units for move-in
• Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of community offices, amenities, etc.
• Responding to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Utilizing property resources, equipment, and supplies economically

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or one year's experience in the housing industry;
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required;
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements;

• Competitive salary range: $15 per hour to $18.25 per hour
