Essential Responsibilities:- Provides patient care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Develops and implements individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participates in departmental performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Provides education and support to patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote health and wellness.
- 1 year of recent experience in Diagnostic Imaging/IR, PACU, ED, or Critical Care.
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Basic Life Support
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Procedural Sedation experience
- Knowledge of medications specific to the management of the adult patient requiring procedural sedation, moderate analgesia, and reversal agents
