About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Salisbury Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
  • Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs, lifting, moving and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.
  • Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management, asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
  • Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
  • Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
Requirements
  • Current Nursing Assistant certification from North Carolina.
  • Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Compassionate and friendly demeanor.

Shift Details

All shifts available, 8 hour and 12 hour.
