Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC or Greensboro, NC area. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
About the RoleThis role requires extensive travel and involves providing on-site repairs, performing PMs/calibrations, service warranty work, installation of environmental test chambers, training customers on chamber operation, and preforming start-up services of new chamber installations.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
- Conduct regular calibrations and quality control checks
- Provide technical assistance and training to customers
- Install and commission new equipment
- Travel to customer sites for service and support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years college or trade school, or five years of experience in the industry
- Experience with brazing/soldering/welding ferrous and non-ferrous materials
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and electrical controls
- Customer service skills and ability to work independently
- EPA certification and a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
