As a Delivery Service Driver, you will be responsible for delivering small parcel packages from retail stores directly to our customers' homes while providing exceptional customer service and handling each package with care.

You will represent the Best Buy brand throughout the entire order process, from pickup to delivery, while adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Your punctuality, friendliness, and customer obsession will make a significant impact on our customers' experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Operate Best Buy owned or rented vehicles in accordance with local and state laws.
  • Manage delivery pickups in-store using a personalized delivery queue within the Employee App.
  • Partner with in-store operations team to confirm product details prior to loading into vehicle.
  • Ensure products are delivered from the store or warehouse locations to the proper address and drop-off location as requested by the customer.
  • Obtain customer signatures on high-value products as indicated by the order type.
  • Complete electronic paperwork in the delivery tracking system.
  • Escalate delivery issues to store or field leadership as needed to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have and maintain a driving record which meets Best Buy safety standards
  • Ability to consistently lift products weighing 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
