Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at Rehab Advisors. As a part-time Physical Therapist, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations based on MD orders
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
  • Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges
  • Provide high-quality treatment to patients, modifying treatment as needed while adhering to precautions
  • Complete all required documentation
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
  • Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable
