  • Inspect and maintain landscaping design, ensuring a clean and manicured appearance.
  • Remove debris and trash from properties, including walkways, sidewalks, and entryways.
  • Operate maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
  • Inspect and maintain sprinkler systems to ensure proper function.
  • Apply fertilizers to enhance plant growth and health.
  • Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Monitor properties for safety hazards and report any issues to management.
  • Collaborate with garden designers and landscape architects to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a landscaping or groundskeeping role.
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment and perform manual labor.
  • Strong knowledge of basic lawn maintenance and landscaping principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
