Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals LLC. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders to drive census growth and revenue for our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase census and revenue in assigned markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders to promote our services and facilities
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to reach our target audience
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our facilities, services, and policies to effectively communicate with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a health science field or related field
  • Valid clinical license (RN, LVN, PT, etc.)
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, long-term care, or insurance sales/marketing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
