Horse Groom

Join the team at Fairfield County Hunt Club, Inc. as a Horse Groom. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to provide daily care to our horses and ponies.

• Provide daily care to horses and ponies, including feeding, watering, and cleaning stalls.
• Prepare horses for training and participation in horse shows.
• Wash, brush, and trim horses' coats to clean and improve appearance.
• Inspect and treat illnesses and injuries, including basic first aid.
• Clean tack and equipment.

• No education or experience required.
• Ability to lift 150lbs with assistance.
• On-the-job training will not be provided.

The work environment is a stable and country club setting. Daily transportation to and from the worksite will be provided at no charge.

• Voluntary housing at country club at no charge upon availability.
• Utilities provided free of charge in the employer facilities.
• Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
• Reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work.
