Lead Speech Therapist in Early Intervention Program

">About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in the Early Intervention Program. As a member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, from infants to adults, and provide individualized treatment plans to support their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication skills, identifying areas of strength and weakness in articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and swallowing, as well as expressive and receptive language.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including home-based programs and training for parents and caregivers.
- PARTICIPATE IN INTERESTING AND SCREENING CHILDREN (OR ADULTS) AND IFSP MEETINGS.
- Instruct assigned support staff on the use of augmentative communication devices, hearing aids, FM systems, and other tools to support patient care.
- Complete ongoing professional development requirements to stay current with best practices in speech therapy.

Requirements:
- Masters Degree from an ASHA-accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License and certification in Early Intervention.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: $47-$52 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
