Optometrist Technician

We're a leading provider of eye care services, and we're looking for charismatic individuals to join our team as OD Techs. Our OD Techs are the face of our Exam Practice, dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient.

As an OD Tech, you'll be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate patient records, introducing patients to our ODs, and providing them with important information. You'll also be responsible for transitioning patients from the doctor to the sales floor, providing associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.

• Maintain patient records and conduct preliminary testing
• Introduce patients to ODs and provide them with important information
• Transition patients from the doctor to the sales floor and provide associates with necessary information
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
• Open/close the store/office as needed

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
• Licensed OD Techs will have/maintain a State Opticians License
